Juriste - Marches des Capitaux - Freelance

MARCHES DES CAPITAUX, OBLIGATIONS, EMTN, WARRANTS, CERTIFICATS, FINAL TERMS / JURISTE

Nous recherchons pour un des ses clients dans le secteur bancaire un Juriste en droit des marchés des capitaux. Le juriste aura pour mission d'intervenir au sein de l'equipe des produits Derivés, dans le programme d'emissions de warrants et certificats.
Cette mission est pour un demarrage immediat et sur une durée de 6 mois, localisée a Paris.
Les objectifs primaires sont:- Redaction de la documentation juridique (Final Terms) sur les emissions lancées par l'equipe.- Standardisation des certificats- Suivi reglementaire (MIFID)- Revision de la documentation marketing pour les emissions de warrants et certificats
Les produits traités par le client sont:- Produits structurés simples ou complexes indexes sur actions et indices- ETF- Produits structures exotiques ou hybrides
Vous etes issu(e)s d'un parcous academique en droit financier (ou similaire) et maitrisez la connaissance des certificats (obligations) et produits optionnels (warrants).
